What is the Master Mind Scholarship?
Master Mind scholarship is a program fully funded by the Flemish Ministry of Education for a maximum scholarship of €9.600 per academic year, where an estimated 30 international beneficiaries are qualified for this program and they also need to pay an administrative enrollment fee. This scholarship mainly attracts highly talented international students who want to pursue master’s degrees at Flemish universities.

How To Apply
1. First, ensure you’re eligible for the scholarship. It’s open to students pursuing their Master’s degree programs at any Flemish University.
2. Decide which Flemish higher education institution you want to apply to.
3. Submit your application to the Flemish institution of your choice. You’ll need to provide all necessary documents and meet their criteria.
4. The host institution will preselect the eligible applications. If your application is shortlisted, the institution will start the application procedure for the Master Mind Scholarship by creating your application file in the Mobility-Online application tool.
5. Stay in touch with your chosen institution and track your application. International applications often take longer to process, so patience here is key.
Deadline: The deadline for 2023-2024 was closed, and the upcoming round will be released in December 2023 for the 2024-2025 academic year, and the submission deadline will be 1 February 2024.
